Soft and Chewy Cookies

#2020fav
Underbaked Cookies are often the Softest one's. For these classic Cookies, the main important thing to remember is the use of Brown Sugar. Along with that using a little Cornflour adds to the softness as well as the thickness. And also remember not to use Chocolate Chips. Instead of them, use large chinks of either Dark Chocolate or Semi Sweet Chocolate. With these little tweaks, you will be able to bake best ecer Cookies. And do not over bake them. 10-12 minutes are the maximum. Therefore these are the Softest and Chewy Cookies ever with big chunks of Chocolate in them baked to perfection at home sweet home. These are usually done in only 10 minutes flat but try to keep a watch because every oven is different. And you are all ready to feast on a lovely looking melt in mouth Cookies with lots of Chocolate. And the best part is that they are done so easily. Therefore these can be whipped up anytime of the day for the simplest of the reasons and relish them with your loved ones and friends. Also these are amazing with a mug of Hot Chocolate and Cappuccino both. A perfect tea-time treat for the entire family. Happy Baking with Zee!

Steps
- 1
Whisk the Eggs, Powdered Sugar and Butter along with Vanilla Essence until creamy and fluffy.
- 2
To this fold in the dry ingredients. But remember to sieve them all at least twice. Mix well and do not knead. Just mix and proceed.
- 3
Preheat oven on 180° and set the timer for about 20 minutes. In the meantime, scoop out an Ice-cream scoop full of the Cookie dough onto a parchment lined baking tray. Using of an Ice-cream scoop is highly recommended by me because you get nice equal dollops of Cookie dough onto the tray thereby resulting in equal sized Cookies. Keep a little distance between each of them.
- 4
After about 10 minutes of preheating, pop in the tray into the oven. Bake them for about 10-12 minutes. That's it. As simple as that. Delicious soft Cookies are done in a jiffy. Yum!
