Chocolate Truffles Like Melty Cream Cheese Truffle

I wanted to eat truffles that are soft like chocolate truffles but use cream cheese as a main ingredient. It is a Valentine's Day recipe using Philadelphia cream cheese.
It will melt the moment you put it in your mouth as long as you keep it at room temperature. It is delicious even when it is chilled too or even delicious when it is brought to room temperature. Enjoy it as you like. But if you keep it at room temperature too long, it will become too soft, so be careful when you are taking it somewhere with you. The sugars are easy to melt, so handle it carefully. Recipe by ne-ne

Steps
- 1
Bring the cream cheese to room temperature and mix well with a whisk until it is creamy. Chop up the dried fruits finely and sprinkle rum liquor on. Chop up the white chocolate.
- 2
Put heavy cream in a pan and heat it up. When it starts to get some bubbles, then stop cut the heat. Add the white chocolate from step 1 and mix well to melt the chocolate. Add the chocolate cream little at a time to the cream cheese from step 1 in about 5 portions and mix well to make it smooth. Add the dried fruits including the rum liquor and mix.
- 3
Place kitchen parchment paper on a shallow container. Squeeze out the cream cheese mixture using a pastry bag to make each circle to be about 2cm in diameter. The size would be a little bit different, but you can also make it by dropping the mixture on kitchen parchment paper with a spoon. Chill in the refrigerator. It is ready when it becomes hard.
- 4
Peel them off from the kitchen parchment paper. Stick two pieces together at the bottom and make it into a ball. Chill in the refrigerator once again. When it is hard, sprinkle cocoa powder or sugar to your liking and then it is ready.
- 5
The dried fruits too depends to your liking.
