Microwaveable Marmalade Chococate Cookies

I thought of Valentines sweets I could easily make with baking paper.
I used a plastic microwavable container, but you can use a silicon steamer, or anything that's heat-resistant. Please watch the microwave time carefully. The listed ingredients are in small amounts. If you want to make a lot please double everything. Recipe by Orenjiringu
Microwaveable Marmalade Chococate Cookies

Get all your ingredients together.

Warm the cream cheese in the microwave. Put into a bowl and mix with a whisk.

Add in the beaten eggs a little at a time and mix.

Melt the chocolate in the microwave, add, and mix well.

Add the sifted cake flour.

Use a rubber spatula to mix well.

Add the marmalade jam and mix well.

Put into a microwaveable plastic container (any shape is fine) covered in a baking sheet, and add the dough.

Wrap lightly and microwave at 500 W for 4 minutes. Microwaving time may vary depending on your microwave, so please observe and adjust accordingly.

Remove the dough and once it cools cut into pieces of your desired size.

Allow to cool completely.

Once cooled wrap up in a baking sheet like candy, and it's complete.
