Dry-roast the okara. Grate the yamaimo and mix it with roasted okara. Season it with salt and pepper before cooking.

Heat some oil in a skillet, scoop up the mixture from Step 1 with a spoon and drop it into the skillet. Deep-fry them until golden and it is done. Serve it with ketchup and enjoy!
