Green Garlic And Fresh Haldi Instant Pickle

Assemble all ingredients together.

Grind green chillies, ginger, 2 tsp green garlic to a coarse paste.

Take oil in a kadai. Add Mustard Seeds, kalaunji, fennel seeds and let it crackle. Add Asafoetida, Dhanajeera Powder. Roast for few seconds.

Add Chopped Haldi, Green Garlic, Ginger-Chill Paste and saute it on high flame for 1 or 2 minutes. Turn off the flame.

Add salt, Amchur Powder, Coriander,Sugar and mix it properly. Pickle is ready to serve.

Mix properly. Let it cool completely. Store it in refrigerator in an airtight container. Shelf life of the pickle is 15 days.
