Heat pan and dry roast peanuts transfer to a plate and remove skin and split it.

Then dry roast dry fruits and flax, sesame seeds for one min.and transfer to a plate.

Then pour water in a kadai and add jaggery into it.When it melts properly cook for 1 to 2 min.add dry fruit and peanuts.

Combine well.Now grease the plate with ghee and transfer the mixture over it and give round shape.

After this cut the Chikki into pieces and keep aside for setting. After setting serve this yummy Chikki.
