In food chopper add beef mince,g.g paste, chopped onion,green chillies,green coriander, mint leaves,chilli powder,chilli flakes,roasted cumin,garam masala powder,salt,roasted gram flour and grind well.

Grease hands with oil and make meat balls (kofa) of equal sizes with hands.

In blender add fried onion and yogurt with 1 cup of water and blend well

In a pot het oil add Green cardamom,big cardamom,cinnamon stick,cloves and fry for a minute now add blended masala

Now add all spices and g.g paste and bhunofy well till water get dry and oil comes in surface

Now add 1 cup of water add potatoes if you want and meat balls,cover and cook on low flame for 20 minutes,do not stir with spoon.

After 20 minutes check it and add more water to desire consistency,bring it to boil.

Off the flame and garnish with chopped coriander leaves

Serve hot with chapati or naan
