Delicious mutton karahi to enjoy with Naan 😋😍
Steps

At 1st boil mutton with salt, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste n whole spice powder in 3 cups of water.. when water remain approximately 2 cups than turn off the flame n seperate meat n stock.

Now heat oil n fry mutton till it becomes slightly golden.

Now take out the fried meat n krep it aside... in same oil saute remaining ginger garlic paste... now add tomatoes n cook.

Now add red chilli powder, red chilli flakes, turmeric powder n salt if required.. as we have salt in mutton stock too. Now when tomatoes becomes soft add fried meat to it n cook for 2 mins.

Now add beated yogurt n mix it well... cover the lid n let it cook until water dries up..

Meanwhile slightly roast cumin seeds, corriander seeds & black peppercorns... now grind them.

Now bhunofy the meat n add grinded masala along with mutton stock. Now cook it until ur desired consistency... n add julien cut ginger & green chillies...n cover tge lid cook for another 5 mins n turn off the flame...

Garnish it with cilantro n serve with hot tandoori naan...
