Spicy chicken curry

Firstly dry roast all the whole spices..do not let the colour change and blend into a powder..keep masala aside for later use..

Wash the chicken and Marinate the chicken take the chicken in one container now add salt,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder,garam masala,chicken masala, chat masala,cumin powder and lemon juice,ginger garlic paste..mix it well keep aside for 30 mins..

After 30 min take a frying pan heat oil add the marinated chicken and fry on high to medium heat for around 5 mins..

Now lower heat and continue to fry for anther 10 mins on medium heat till chicken is half cooked..switch off and keep the pan aside..

Now heat a pan put oil in it add the onion fry 2 mins on medium heat..then add ginger,garlic,green chilli..fry 5 min on medium heat.fry till onion are soft..add tomato,cashew,khaskhas

Transfer this mixture in a mixer jar and make a fine paste..

Now heat up oil in same pan add bay leaf,masala paste and cook it till masala statrs leaving oil along it's sides..

Once the masala is properly cooked then add turmeric powder,red chilli powder,chicken masala garam masala,salt.mix everything well

Now add the spicemix and mix well..

Now add fry chicken pieces and mix it.add some water as per required and mix well..cook for another 10 to 15 min.ready to serve.
