Take a bowl add chicken yogurt salt 5tbs oil tilka masala garlic paste turmeric powder 1tbs

Cover the mixture and leave it for an hour

Take a handi add some oil and onions in it saute it add some cinnamons elaichi now add 2 tbsp garlic paste 2 tomatoes chili flakes cook it for 8 mins

Now add some water in it as rice required

Bring it to boil now add rice in it and cook it

On the other side take a karahi and put marinated mixture in it and cook it

Cut some onion rings

When chicken tikka ready add onion rings in it

Take a koila and give smoke to chicken tikka

Now layering it with rice

Leave it for 10 mins on low flame. Serve and enjoy
