It Looks Like a Package Photo!? Thick Pancake

Every time my 8-year-old boy cooks a pancake, he never fails to make a thick one. I decided to see how he made it. There was no secret, but he was not careful when he mixed the batter. It gave a better result.
Do not over-mix the batter. Don't worry if the batter is not evenly mixed. It is sometimes better! You can use 150 ml of milk instead of yoghurt. Do not over-mix the batter. This is important! Recipe by kana-bun

Steps
- 1
Place the egg, milk and yoghurt in a bowl. Mix well with a whisk.
- 2
Pour the pancake mix into the bowl. This is the important bit!! Use your whisk to scoop up the mixture and drop it by shaking the whisk several times.
- 3
Scoop up the mixture → and drop. Repeat this about 10-15 times. You will have a thick batter (it looks like miso).
- 4
Fry the batter as usual. (I use a non-stick frying pan and fry over a very low heat without oil.)
- 5
When the batter starts to bubble, flip it over. You can see the batter is swelling nicely.
- 6
You will have a thick pancake. You can make a prosciutto sandwich with it as in this photo.
