Take palak leaves & cut its extra part

Wash it proper & soak it with the help of cloth slowly. take some drops

Of oil & put on leaves with the help of finger or brush sprinkle chat masala on it

In a bowl add gram flour & all Masala & make a smooth dough

Heat the oil on high flame & then do it mid dip one by one leave it batter & do deep fry

After proper crispy fry out from oil remember besan 's consistency is much thick

Ready to serve or eat
