Quick Pita Breads for Souvlaki with Yogurt and Baking Powder

Knead together 600 grams of yogurt, 2 tablespoons of oil, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of sugar, about 3 3/4 cups of flour (480 grams), and 2 teaspoons of baking powder.

On a floured surface, work the dough a little and divide it into 8 pieces. Use flour when rolling out if needed.
