1/2 c.buttermilk or milk with added lemon juice set for 5 min
1/2small white onion
1 tspred wine vinegar or balsamic glaze
1/2 tspHimalayan sea salt
1/2 teaspoonlemon juice
Diced celery, parsley, chives, and dill to taste (2 tsp +)
Minced garlic to taste if using plain mayo
