Khaman Dhokla

Firstly take a deep plate and grease it well with oil

Now in a bowl put besan, 2 tbsp curd, 1 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp lemon juice, a pinch of turmeric, salt to taste

Add water into mixture to make a ribbon consistency

Turn on the Gas and put a kadai and place a stand in kadai. Now add 2 glasses of water in it. Cover it with lid.

When water starts boiling. Add Eno into mixture and mix it well.

Put mixture on greased plate and put it in kadai. Low the flame.

After 12 minture check dhokla with toothpick. If it comes clean that means it is ready.

Take out dhokla from kadai and keep aside.

Now in a pan heat oil. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chillies, 1 tbsp sugar.

Add 2 tbsp lemon juice into half glass of water. Add it into tadka. Turn off gas after one boil.

Cut dhokla into pieces. Pour tadka on it.

Dhokla is ready. Serve hot
