1 kgwhole meat loaf
1 tspsugar
2 tspvinegar
1 tspsalt
1 tsplemon juice
2 tspblack pepper
Burgers:
6buns
6 tspMyonaise
6 tspketchup
6cheese slices
1 cupcucumber slices
6salad leaves
6tomato slices
3 tspchilli sauce
Shredded cabbage

Steps

2 hrs..

First marinate meat loaf with all ingredients for 24hrs..then cook for 2 hrs on slow flame...

When it cooled cut into slices & shallow fry slices..

Take buns cut it into half from middle.spread myonaise on one side then add cucumber slices, tomato slices place hunter beef slice on it plac salad leaves add ketchup, chilli sauce..

On the top place cheese slice.. & cover it..
