I made an easy pizza toast using microwaved potato and canned tuna.

I went easy on the mayonnaise in Step 3, since I add a bit more mayonnaise as topping just before toasting this. Please adjust the amount to your taste! Recipe by Nanagukun

2 sliceSliced bread
1 smallPotato
1 smallcan Canned tuna
1 tbspplus Mayonnaise
1Tomato ketchup
1Melting type cheese
1Black pepper

Steps

Wash the potato, wrap in plastic wrap and microwave until tender (about 4 minutes at 500 W).

Peel the potato (be careful since it's hot) and mash up lightly.

Add the drained canned tuna to the mashed potato, and mix in 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons of mayonnaise.

Spread some ketchup on the bread.

Spread the potato-tuna mixture on top, sprinkle on the melting cheese, and squeeze on some mayonnaise to taste.

Bake in an oven until browned. Sprinkle with some black pepper to taste!
