Ingredients

  • 2 cupsflour
  • 1egg
  • 1 cupmilk
  • Salt and seasonings
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 2 tbspmelted butter
  • Prepared potato sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all dry ingredients and make a hole at the centre and add butter, milk and water if necessary and make a thick smooth batter.

  2. 2

    Drizzle some oil and add batter and toast both side till brown allow to cool and serve with any sauce of choice.
