Ingredients

20 - 23 minutes

2 cupssugar
1 cupbutter (2 sticks), softened
2 cupsflour
5eggs (room temperature)
6Tlbsp evaporated milk
2 tspbaking soda
2 tspvanilla
1 1/2 cupschopped ripe banana (about 3 bananas)
1 cupchopped walnuts

Cream sugar and butter until creamy

Add remaining ingredients into mixer.

Blend well: allow to sit at room temperature for 1 hour.

Fill equally among greased muffin tins.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20-23 minutes. Allow to cool completely.
