  • 3Light soy sauce
  • 2star anise
  • 2big rock sugar
  • 5 tbspDark soy sauce
  • Cooking wine
  • 5Shallots
  • 2Bay leaf
  • Cooking.oil
  • 10ginger slices
  • 5 cupswater

Steps

    Add cooking.oil in.a wok.and stir fry ginger shallots bay leaf star anise until aromatic.Then pour in.the pot.Add water dark and.light soy sauce then cooking wine and rock sugar.Boil.it until the chicken soft.Around 45 mins.Letbit cool then chopped.
