2 tbspStore‐bought karaage powder (non-dissolving type)

Put the chicken cartilage in a plastic bag, add the store-bought karaage powder, and coat. Let rest for 5 minutes.

Cook in your microwave on the grill setting for about 18 minutes and enjoy.
