100 gramsFlour
3 tbspKinako
70 gramsSugar
300 mlWater

Sift the flour, kinako, and sugar into a bowl.

Mix in the water a little at a time.

Pour into a mold. Wrap with plastic and cook in the microwave at 700 W for 6 minutes.

Let cool while wrapped, then cut into pieces.
