First take malai and gently beat beat it with hands on the ice bowl.

Now add sugar and beat it gently but not too much otherwise it will become butter.

Now take rusk on a plate.

Spread this cream on it.

Cover with another rusk and press it gently.

Now again spread the cream over it.

Now again place the third rusk over it and press it gently.

Now spread the rest of the cream on all its sides.

Now garnish it with tuttifruities.

Keep it in the refrigerator to set.
