This is a healthier version of Cauliflower/Gobhi 65. For restraunt style of this recipe, replace besan flour with maida and also add a pinch of red food colour.

This is a healthier version of Cauliflower/Gobhi 65. For restraunt style of this recipe, replace besan flour with maida and also add a pinch of red food colour.

Blanch cauliflower florets in hot water with a pinch of turmeric powder and rock salt for 5 minutes. Strain in cold water and set aside.

Take a bowl and add 6 tbsp besan flour, 3 tbsp rice flour, 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste

2 tbsp of saunf powder, a bunch of chopped coriander and curry leaves, 2 tbsp chilli powder

1 tbsp Garam masala and required salt. Combine everything well

Add a little water and make a thick batter. Then coat the blanched cauliflowers, add some lime juice and mix well. Leave it for around 10 minutes.

Then, heat oil and fry to perfection and serve as starter
