  • 1 cupall-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cupbrown sugar
  • 2 tbspmilk powder
  • 1 tbspbaking powder
  • 1/2 tbspbaking soda
  • 1/4 cupoil
  • 1/4 cupmilk
  • 1 tspvinegar
  • 1 tspvanilla essence
  • 4 tbspmelted chocolate
  • as neededTutti fruity
  • as neededChoco chips

    Seive all-purpose flour,baking powder,baking soda,sugar powder,milk powder.

    Add vinegar to milk to make buttermilk. In blender add buttermilk,oil, venila essence and blend it.

    Mix both dry and wet ingredients and mix well. Separate some batter add melted chocolate to it.

    Now pour batter in muffin moulds and make different ways.

    Pre heat kadai and cook for 12,15min. Take out and it's ready.
