Fried Rice
A nutritious meal with some mixed veggies and colesterol
Steps

Place a pan of vegetable oil on medium heat

Stir fry chopped garlic,onion and ginger

Add all vegetables except sweet corn,liver and redpepper
- 4
Add seasoning,thyme and curry
- 5
Allow it stir fry
- 6
Add per boiled rice and mix
- 7
Add meat stock and little water if needed,thou depending on the type of rice used
- 8
Cover till cooked,add sweet corn and liver,mix and allow it to steam
- 9
Serve
