Ingredients

  • 1 cupfresh khoya/mawa
  • 1/4 cupmaida/all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 spoonbaking soda
  • 3 cupsugar
  • as neededWater
  • 1/2 tspCardamom powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a vessel add sugar and water, prepare one layered syrup then add cardemom powder. Sugar syrup is ready.

  2. 2

    Mix khoya, maida and soda prepare dough

    Make small jamuns

    Deep fry it in oil and soak it in sugar syrup.
