Steps

Take yogurt in a bowl and gram flour and turmeric and mix it.

Yogurt mixture in a pot and water keep stirring it continuously bring to boil and simmer it.now add remaining water and stirring it once in a while.

Now add garlic it takes 30-40 mints for kadhi to get ready.

Add oil in another pan add onion,potato and cook for 5 mints. Now add salt and add this in the boiling kadhi let it cook for 5 mint or more.

And serve with rice.
