👉Bhasan ke mixture ik dam dheela na banain thora sa hushk rehnay dain
👉 1pinch ke jitna meetha sooda/baking sooda add krain or bhasa ke mixture ko bana ke thori dair rest dain like 5-8m take
👉 Oil ko medium heat par achy sy garam hony par mixture pakny ke liy dalain

  • Water as required

    Wash yiur hand say BismiAllah and darood shareef

    Sab say phlay potato lain usy wash krain or peel off kar ke lambae main cut kar lain thorai moti shape main or again wash kar ke strain kar ke rakh lain

    Phr bhasan lain usy chan lain bad main sary masaaly add kar lain salt,red chilli flakes,coriander powder, cumin seeds,ajwain,baking sooda

    Palak b cut lain or wash kar ke phly sy drain hony ke liy rakh dain

  5. 5

    Ab bhasan main alo or palak shamil kar ke usy thora thora water add kar ke mixture(mixture ik dam runny na ho) bana ke thori dair ke liay rakh dain like 5-7m take

    Is time app dosri side par oil garam hony ke liy rakh lain

  7. 7

    7m ke bad bhasan ko thora mix krain again or oil garam hony par apni passand ke pakory shape dain lain or fry krain yahan take ke golden brown clr ajay
