It's my new version of cheesecake which is made without agar agar, gelatin and eggs.. a new easy option for dessert.
Steps

First boil 1 litre of milk and when it comes to boil add vinegar to it. Let it curdle, strain it wash it and remove extra water using cloth. Then add it to mixture jar and blend it to smooth mixture. Cream cheese is ready.

Add digestive mixer jar and make a powder. Add melted butter to it and set it in a cake tin and freeze it for 30 minutes.

Whip the cream adding sugar and vanilla essence to it. Mix cream cheese with it.

Set half gulabjamuns on biscuit mixture and pour cream cheese and cream mixture over it. Set it for 3 to 4 hours in fridge and garnish it with pistachio and serve.

Gulabjamun cheesecake is ready to serve.
