Okara Banana Cake

I wanted to make an okara cake easily in the microwave.
The clean up is easy since it's baked inside parchment paper.
Make sure to use a ripened banana.
Chill the cake in the fridge once the residual heat dissipates. Recipe by Sonchousan

Steps
- 1
Combine the ○ ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- 2
Shape a piece of parchment paper into a boat shape and pour in the batter.
- 3
Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180℃.
- 4
Once it cools to the touch, store it into the refrigerator. For a moist finish, I recommend serving it a few hours after baking.
- 5
Another easy way to bake this in the microwave is as follows:
- 6
Cut the parchment paper into 15x15cm squares, and place a dollop of batter in the center of each.
- 7
Microwave for 2-3 minutes at 600W while keeping an eye on them.
- 8
Tie the paper with tape, and they're done. Let them chill in the refrigerator before eating.
- 9
Fill a few with chocolate, then microwave...
- 10
...and place a game of "who got the chocolate?"!
