My daugther likes adobong pusit with sabaw but she don't like the black liquid from the squid so I have to remove it 😔. So it's your choice. And again I'm not using betsin or magic sarap.

My daugther likes adobong pusit with sabaw but she don't like the black liquid from the squid so I have to remove it 😔. So it's your choice. And again I'm not using betsin or magic sarap.
Steps

Clean and cut squid. I removed the black liquid as my daughter don't like it.

Pre cooked squid with little onion and half of the liquid ingredients for 2 to 3 minutes, strain and set aside.

Prepare garlic, onion, tomato, liquid ingredients, etc...

Heat oil and saute garlic and onion until translucent

Add tomato, chili and laurel leaf, cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

Add the pre cook squid. Add remaining vinegar and soy sauce mixture. Add oyster sauce if desired. Salt and pepper to taste.
