Jaggery sesame chikki
Steps

Take one thick coated pan. Keep it on low flame add sesame seeds. Roast it for few mins till it becomes crispy. After roasting keep it side.

Now add ghee in pan. Flame should be low. Add roughly chopped jaggery in it.

Stir it till jaggery melts completely. When melts. Add sesame seeds. Mix well and off the flame.

Now grease ghee on one thali. Drain Chikki on that thali. Spread it well. Now add jelly pieces over it.

Keep it side till it cool halfly than make pieces of it with the help of knife. N leave it to cool completely. When it come to room temperature remove it from thali with the help of saptula.
