Marinate the fish with turmeric, salt and mustard oil for 20 minutes. Then sort the ingredients.

Then chopped the onion, tomato and ginger. Chopped spring onion and keep it handy.

Then in a pan add oil. Once it heat add chopped onions, tomato and ginger. Then add red & green chillies. Then add garlic. Now fry all until golden brown.

Once all cooked, let it cool. Then griend it and make a smooth paste. Then add cuming, coriander & turmeric powder and salt into the paste. Mix well and keep it side.

Now in the same pan fry the fish lightly. Once done keep it side. Then in the same pan add cuming seeds. Then add the masala paste into it.

Mix well all the masala with oil. Then add water and mix well. Now add the fried fish into the pan. Then cover the pan and cook it until fishes cooked properly.

Once fish cooked and gravy becomes semi thick add chopped spring onions. Cooked it for another 1 minutes and switch off the flame. Serve with any rice varities dishes.
