Knead maida with salt and 1 pinch salt and keep aside for an hour.

Heat oil in pan, add boiled aaloo, haldi and roasted coriander. Mix well and cook well.

Roll maida, in round. Place aloo mixture in center. Cover from both sides with water, like plane shape and lower part press with thumb.

Heat oil, fry till golden. Serve with green chutney or Ketchup. Enjoy.
