Wash pulse and soak it for 5mints.bathua leaves wash very clean and chopped it. In a cooker add washed pulse, bathua leaves, garlic, green chilli, salt, turmeric powder, tomato, and water. Then cover/tightly lid it and cook for 2 whistles. In a pan cook it for 45-50 mints.

After that open cover and mash pulse well by hand masher. Then stir and cook for 1mint. (At this stage can add ½ teaspoon ghee it's optional) off the flame and serve it hot with rice or lunchtime. It's very good for health.
