  • 1/2 kgprawns cleaned
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tsppaprika powder
  • 2 tsplemon juice
  • 2 tspginger garlic paste
  • 1 tspblack pepper
  • 1/2 cupcorn flour
  • 3 tbspmaida
  • 1/4 tspbaking powder
  • 1/2 cup7up chilled

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Marinate prawns for two hours with salt lemon juice paprika black pepper and ginger garlic paste

  2. 2

    Mix corn flour maida and baking powder

  3. 3

    Heat oil

  4. 4

    Add 7up in half batter

  5. 5

    Roll prawn in dry batter than in thick batter fry serve hot
