Seasome seeds (till) peanuts jaggery chikki(till gud chikki)

Firstly, take all the ingredients together, heat the pan grease some ghee add sesame seeds into it,

Roast it for 5 to 6 minutes if pop up remove it, n keep a side, after that same pan add peanuts and roast for 5 to 10 minutes on low flame.

Now take a grated Jaggery roasted peanuts, roasted sesame seeds, Grease the roller pin and keep aside, take roasted peanuts in a bigger plate and remove from the skin with your hand and clean it, in a blender grind it coarsely.

Now in the same pan add grated Jaggery and melt it continuously stirring on low flame, add little water one tbsp ghee and green cardamom crushed into it n let it boil till bubbles come.

Now add roasted seasom seeds, roasted peanuts and peanuts crushed and mix it well for 5 minutes continuously stirring on low flame.

After that switch of the gas flame, transfer the mixture from the pan and pour into the Grease bottom rolling pin n press it with grease bowl as a square shape, let it keep cooling for normal temperature

Now grease the knife and cut the pieces of the chikki again cool it for 5 to 10 minutes, after 5 minutes remove the chikki pieces in the serving plate our delicious healthy and tasty Seasome seeds (till) peanuts jaggery chikki is ready to eat.
