Mix the sugar with the dry khowa and cook it with little water.

Mix the maida,sooji,chalguri and salt and make the batter.

Spread the batter into the tawa and pour the ghee in the tawa.

Put the khowa in the batter and roll it and fry it until it becomes crispy.
- 5
Your patisapta is ready to serve.
