Steps

First clean all palak(spinach) wash it properly. Now take a pan add some water add palak in it boiled for 5 minutes only. Now take it out from water keep for cold.

Now take a pan add some oil fry paneer till it becomes brown. Now take it out.

Now take a pan to add oil and all ingredients mentioned above. Cumin seed garlic ginger green chili tomato onion. Now take it out grind it and make pury of it. also, make palak pury.

Now take the same pan to add oil little bit of curry leaf cumin seed one red chili for tadka now add palak and all pury fry a little bit add turmeric cumin seed black pepper powder garam masala powder coriander powder salt as per taste turmeric powder. also, add paneer. now it's ready to serve with chapati or roti.😋😋😋😍
