In big pot boil egg noodles 10 min or until soft

In sauce pan heat olive oil til sizzling. Add spinach leaves, saute with sliced sausage, and broccoli, add salt pepper for taste. Mix well and saute til noddles are finished.

Drain noodles and add mix mixture to noodles and mix all together well. Add a little more oil to your liking (optional) and garnish with parsley.
