Firstly take tomatoes boil them for 3 min and then remove its skin. Let it cool grind it, keep aside

Take oil in a kadai add garlic chopped then add some bulb of spring onions, some cabbage cook for a while. Then add the tomatoes paste add salt black pepper powder and oregano mix and cook.

Adjust the consistency accordingly. Then sprinkle spring onion and serve it hot..
