1bowlful Plain cooked rice
1Egg yolk
1 tbspHomemade chunky ra-yu

Prepare the homemade ra-yu. You can also use store-bought but homemade is best!.

Make a well in the middle of a bowl of rice and set an egg yolk on it. Pour the tablespoon of ra-yu around the egg and it's done!
