Broccoli and Shrimp Tartare Salad

This is just something I came up with, adding little touches here and there.
Don't over-boil the broccoli. If boiling in a pot, once the water has come to a boil, add the salt and boil for about 2 minutes. Recipe by Yuuyuu0221

Broccoli, Shrimp and Avocado Salad with Wasabi Broccoli, Shrimp and Avocado Salad with Wasabi
I love avocado and shrimp...so I thought combining them should be great! At my local supermarket, avocados are only 88 yen each on sale. The flavor of this salad really changes depending on how ripe the avocado is and the type of broccoli you use. Please adjust the amount of wasabi to your taste. Keep in mind that the wasabi seasoning may be a bit too much for little children. For about 2 servings. Recipe by inyako cookpad.japan -
Broccoli and Prawn Red Chili Salad Broccoli and Prawn Red Chili Salad
I bought a tasty broccoli and prawn red chili salad at the department and wanted to recreate it. The simple salt taste brings out the umami from the prawns. Using Krazy Salt (seasoned salt) will give it a more authentic taste.I also recommend adding boiled snap peas!Add a generous amount of olive oil (3 or more tablespoons).Heat the garlic slowly over low heat so the aroma carries to the oil. Don't burn it!You can use chili peppers or ichimi togarashi (Japanese red chilli pepper) instead of red pepper.Toss an hour or so before eating to allow the flavours to blend.Add frozen seafood mix for more extravagance! Food Hall Style Broccoli and Tuna Salad Food Hall Style Broccoli and Tuna Salad
The salad I bought in a department store food hall was delicious, so I tried re-creating it at home and succeeded.Cook the broccoli until it's just crisp-tender instead of soft, for a better texture and to prevent it from being too watery.Season with salt and pepper to taste. The sliced onion is the key!
