Take groundnut and roast it well.

Once the ground up cool down remove the cover of ground nut.

Now in silver foil/polythene bag apply ghee.

Now in a kadhai add jaggery and 1tbsp water melts keeping flem on low check the consistency, by dropping syurs into a bowl of water,it should from hard ball and cut with a snap sound. Else boil for another minute and check.

Now in that jaggery add 1 spoon ghee turn of the flem and roasted ground nut and mix it well.

Now remove the batter in the silver foil and with help of spoon spread the chikki batter.

Let the chikki get cool for 1 hour and cut accordingly.
