  • 2 tspChopped Ginger

  • 4 Green chillies
  • 2 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1 tspKashmiri mirch Powder
  • 1 tspCoriander powder
  • 1 tspgaram masala Powder
  • 1 tspCumin seeds
  • 1Bay leaf
  • 1 tspAsafoetida

    Cook the lentils and turmeric salt in the cooker

    Heat ghee in a pan, add cumin bay leaves, asafetida and roast it, then chopped onion, garlic, ginger, and fry then add chopped tomatoes and spices.

    Then cook the fenugreek leaves, till it cooks well, then cook the pulses in it.
