Green beans salad

Boil water in a pan with half teaspoon of salt.

Boil green beans for 4-5 minutes in this water. Don,t overcooked it. Let them crunchy.

After strain these green beans add in to chilled iced water.

Finally chopped the garlic cloves.

Heat butter or oil in a pan on low flame.

Add chopped garlic in it and saute until golden brown.

Add green beans in it. Stir for a while.

Add red bell pepper in it. Stir well.

Now add salt and black pepper in it. Mix well.

Add almonds, raisins, sesame seeds and lemon juice in it. Toss well.

It's ready.
