Ingredients

  • 1 packetSawiyan
  • Sugar as required
  • 1/2 cupWater
  • 3 tbspGhee
  • 3Hari elaichi
  • Almond for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the ghee

  2. 2

    Add hari elaichi and mix

  3. 3

    Now add sawiyan (vermicelli) and give a good mix

  4. 4

    Now add sugar and mix it

  5. 5

    Now add water and cover it for 5 minute in low flame

  6. 6

    Garnish it with almonds.
