Preparation: Cut the beef to 3 cm pieces. Slice the bamboo shoots to about 2 to 3 mm thickness. Mix all the ★ ingredients.

Heat a pan with sesame oil, cook the beef and bamboo shoots on high heat.

When the beef has browned a bit, pour in the dashi stock and keep cooking.

When the beef has completely browned, pour the ★ ingredients over it and keep cooking until the moisture in the pan is almost gone.

Sprinkle sesame seeds and mix. It's done Season with salt if needed.
