Our Delicious Korean-style Japchae

I got my inspiration from ready-made japchae. I realized that you could make this dish easier and a lot more delicious when my kid said,"you cook through the noodles with everything else whenever you get the store-bought mixes!"
We ended up with this flavor after taste-testing it together many times.
Now, it's become a go-to dish to prepare whenever we want to use up the vegetables in the refrigerator.
Because the harusame bean noodles are cooked in the seasonings, they taste very good and their texture stays firm and delicious!
Try halving the ingredients if there's too many servings!
You can also use whatever ingredients you have in the refrigerator. Why don't you make it with your favorite vegetables? Recipe by smapkayo

Steps
- 1
Slice the beef thinly and shred the other vegetables. Combine all the seasonings.
- 2
Heat some sesame oil in a frying pan and stir fry the beef quickly. Add the onion and mushrooms and continue to stir fry.
- 3
Add 300 ml of water and the combined seasonings to the frying pan. When it boils, add dried harusame bean noodles. Loosen, stir and fry over high heat.
- 4
Once the sauce cooks down, add the bell pepper and green pepper. Stir fry quickly.
- 5
Add 2 tablespoon of sesame oil and mix. Finalize by sprinkling some sesame seeds and it's done.
- 6
I tried adding yellow bell peppers as well. Please try this recipe with your favorite vegetables.
